no parking and charge to valet , 40 min to get car. resturant turned us away because of no reseverations, there was no one in the resturant?
The hotel is clean and well maintained. Food options are limited. We liked the rooms but lobby staff was not nice. Parking situation is abysmal and valet service needs 30 mins to fetch the car. Downtown Ithaca has many road blockings and detours, which makes it difficult to find hotel/parking
We wave issues with the bathtub and the sink, the water stay and didn’t flow correctly We tell them one night before to make our room the next day and they didn’t do it, but later they made it complete The last day we reserved to have breakfast before we leave and when we were there, they didn’t open the restaurant, they just have some food to go, so we have to go outside to find a restaurant.
Hotel is excellent, right in downtown, modern, clean.
Will stay at the Hilton next time like I always do

This is an older hotel that has been thoughtlessly refurbished. Two small drawers, handle of closet very low down/hard to open, TV over the desk so that a person sitting at the desk blocks the view of anyone trying to watch and also the path to the bathroom, mirror in a weird position. The check in was awkward - they should send instructions to go to the parking lot, which has an entrance around the block - the valet at the front didn't seem to know what to do about guests entering at the front with luggage. The shuttle service to the Cornell campus was erratic at best.
location was great and the parking garage was convenient. Staff was super friendly too
Our room was adjacent to the elevator to the parking garage. The elevator noise made it very difficult to sleep.

Thank you for your feeback. I do apologize for the parking. We do ask for about 30min for car retrieval while the parking garage that is attached to the hotel is being rebuilt. We will be addressing your restaurant issue!

I apologize if you didn't receive our welcome letter upon arrival as all of the restaurant hours were listed in the letter as well as the day's and times that it was going to be grab and go. If the tub and sink were reported to the engineering department and wasn't handled I do apologize.
