The best thing about the hotel is its location. The refrigerator in the room was handy. The room was reasonably neat. The negatives: 1. A free breakfast (with COVED-related safety precautions) was advertised, and it was our reason to choose the place over less expensive ones.We were told that the breakfast has been canceled only after we checked in and inquired about it directly.("I don't know what the website says" - to quote the receptionist). 2. We were told that the hotel has no elevator. We hauled our bags upstairs without much difficulty, but this may be a bigger problem for some customers. 3. After settling in the room, we found that there was no soap or shampoo. After a phone call, the receptionist told us that the soup has to be picked up from her (an extra trip downstairs for us) and the hotel is out of shampoo (an extra late-night shopping trip for us). 4. TV remote was broken and took quite a sometime to replace. Basically, this Quality Inn provided service as a lower level motel, which, actually, would've been OK, if it were correctly advertised and priced accordingly.

Pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Small hotel. It was clean. Other than that not too much to write. Staff was polite. However they made a mistake and woke up us in the middle of the night.

No issues, but nothing that great. Totally fine stay

staff attentive. Did not get printer bill for the first time because I booked through Orbitz. Also at check out staff will not give me Choice point since I booked through Orbitz. It looks like front desk staff at the time of checkout was penalizing for using Orbitz. I will like shower gel along with hard shop in the bathroom.

beds were doubles usually hotels have at least queen beds. Our deadbolt was broken so we could barely open our door. Our key never worked and even after the front desk fixed it -- it still didn't work. The AC never cut out the humidity in the room -- it was uncomfortable to sleep in there.

A great experience. The front desk staff were very nice. Everyone was super friendly and willing to do anything to help you. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Water pressure very low in shower. Breakfast room very nice.

This hotel was a nice surprise in otherwise overpriced, underdelivering Ithaca hotels. Staff was very friendly. Location was very convenient. Imhope they fix their outside sign. I kept missing the entrance while driving to it. Would come back for sure.

Convenient given the total lack of choices in Ithaca. Brooks are clean and nice. Outside and common areas need updating badly.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient. The only complaint I had was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned by room service or new towels placed in the rooms. It seems like the staff was short handed while we stayed there. The breakfast was nice in the morning

We liked the location and the beds were quite comfortable. We had an issue with the room temperature at night. We could never get the thermostat to cooperate, so we were either too warm or too cold. Breakfasts were sort of average and the scrambled eggs had an odd aftertaste. All in all, sort of an average place in a town where hotels are a bit overpriced. Might recommend this Comfort Inn to a friend traveling with pets.

Have stayed here before, but found it very overpriced this time. Comfortable beds, wish there had been chairs to sit in, but room very small. Staff very nice and obliging.
