The Space:

-PROPERTY: Our property is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy. Lay in the hammocks around the shared pond for full relaxation or kick back in the Adirondack chairs for an afternoon nap.

-KITCHEN: The fully outfitted kitchen gives you everything you need to cook and serve all your meals. We also provide the following to make your stay easy and comfortable: salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee creamer, sugar, Starbucks K-cups for the Keurig, paper towels, cleaning supplies, sponges, and dishwasher detergent.

-BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed with high-quality linens to give you the hotel sleeping experience

-BATHROOOMS: Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper are provided in both of our bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is attached to the primary bedroom.

-WORK FROM (OUR) HOME: High speed Wi-Fi and an office with dual monitors allow for remote work between naps in the hammock and relaxing in the hot tub

-EV CHARGER: Level two EV charger located on the front of the house with NACS (Tesla) and J1772 connections

-OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Gather around the fire pit for memories you won't forget. We include firewood, fire starter, lighters, and outdoor blankets for those crisp nights. BBQ provided with propane included.

-HOT TUB: The private hot tub will be hot and ready for you year round.

-SELF CHECK-IN: Use your provided smart lock code during your stay for a keyless experience

-HEAT/AC: Mini split units allow you to independently set the temperature for each room

-PARKING: Plenty of parking right at the front door for you to easily unload and check in

-LOCATION: 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca - 10 minutes to Cornell University - 4 minutes to Ithaca College - nearby waterfalls, Cayuga Lake, wineries, and many hiking trails

-EXTRAS: For the kids, we include a Pack N' Play. For dogs, we have a crate if you need it (Dogs are welcome when listed on the reservation. Sorry cats are not allowed)

-WE TAKE HOSTING SERIOUSLY: Our homes are professionally designed, cleaned, and managed to ensure you have a seamless, easy, and enjoyable visit. In the event something comes up, we have 24/7 emergency maintenance to jump in and make things right.

We stayed here during a long holiday weekend and really loved everything about this property. It was modern, clean, spacious and peaceful. Conveniently located near Ithaca College and the Commons, it was the perfect place for our visit. The homeowner Evan was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place! We came upstate for skiing, and this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including many small, thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions and really enhanced the experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our host was welcoming and extremely responsive. Property was well appointed, had everything we needed, including towels for the hot tub, and appreciated that there was even easy access to streaming services vs. having to get into my own. While its sits back a bit from the road, we also had no issues getting an Uber to get into town for dinner. Only 10 minutes from the Commons area and very close to Ithaca College, as well as the August Moon Spa. Great place for our girls weekend.

Exceptional rental space

This place is so thoughtfully appointed and very clean and well kept. Everyone slept really well, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a really nice treat to help you relax. I will definitely book again when I return to Ithaca.

This place was great! Just as the photos showed, very clean, well appointed, everything you would need in the kitchens and bathrooms. Evan made contact a few days before we arrived with check in info, then checked in the night before we left with check out instructions. We had no issues. The location is great, we were there for a mini Ithaca College reunion, and this is 2 minutes from campus, and maybe 8 minutes from the commons. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall I’d definitely recommend this property!
