Gym is not really functioning, only about one of the cardio machines worked. Also only two weight machines that looked suspicious/questionable safety. Also would have preferred a shuttle to/from airport.

The back door to the property should have a security lock on. It should only allow to be opened by your room key. That back door allows anyone off the street to walk into the hotel and into the hallways. That is a security issue and it made me feel not safe. The showerhead in the bathroom was horrible. It had multiple leaks and water was spraying everywhere.

Too pricey forroom in desperate need of renovation

Staff were courteous and helpful, when present. Housekeeping performs huge task of keeping this shabby facility presentable, neat, and clean. However, mold in bathroom, peeling wallpaper, damaged lampshades, chairs, unsecured entry doors were extremely off putting. I appreciated late checkout, but front desk was unstaffed when I did leave. Would not stay again.

The evening staff was nice and helpful but the pool is broken no one else stayed at the hotel and once I seen all the bugs in our shoes and crawling on us I understand why.

The last time I stayed at this hotel was about 15 years ago. It was a Ramada hotel then. I was glad to see that Cayuga Blu maintained the same customer service level that Ramada had.
