NO HOT WATER (FOR DAYS)! BUGS! WEEDS! NO TV SIGNAL! HOTEL OWNERS need to step it up, especally given the Carmel-Northside Indy location. STAFF was as helpful, despite the many shortcomings of the hotel. ROOM was efficiently designed with basic needs provided.

Property was run down and unkept. Room was clean but sparse. No cooking utensils or dishes. And to top it off they informed us there would be no hot water at all during our stay. We almost left but no other places had rooms available. So we stayed. Others at the hotel said that it had been days since there was hot water. Lots of noise and large dogs.

I've stayed at the property before and it's a kind of "you get what you pay for situation" but I feel like sometime between the last time I was there and now, it's slightly less desirable than before. I had gotten in late, the attendant was friendly enough, but there was a lot going on. She was frustrated by the internet being down, I gave her my name said I was there for 3 nights and she thought Iwas only there for 1 - she had me confused with someone else. Othe than the rocky start, we were good. Nothing wrong with the place other than normal, but nothing spectacular either. Thanks!

The staff were nice enough but the state of the room was left to be desired. The floors were dirty (or at least unmopped); there was visible trash underneath the bed; the countertops and table also needed wiping down. You couldn’t watch tv as it had no signal. The temperature control on the shower was backwards. The laundry was $4 a machine and you had to download an app to pay for it. The final straw was when one of the toilet paper holders just fell off. I do NOT recommend this place!

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for cooking. There was no pot and pans, no utensils, no coffee or coffee maker in the room. The refrigerator section wasn’t cooling enough to keep the food cold. Most importantly, no hot water for the 7 days I was there and others reviews mentioned no hot water. On the positive side, it’s very quiet in the room. The microwave was dirty but the room was clean. Front desk wasn’t there at night but there provided a number to call. Read reviews before you booked this hotel.

The staff is fine, they can only do so much.. hotel itself is not recommended. There was no hot water thru my entire stay of 10 days. They kept saying someone would come out. For being a hotel you would expect that to be taken care of within 24-48 hours but the staff just made it look like it’s normal. You get what you paid for which I was just staying there to sleep, weed smoking outside, smells like dog pee as it’s a pet friendly hotel. Just really disappointed.. I expected some things but hot water.. really needs a new owner as the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend, pay $10 more per night down the street.
