Not as represented in pictures. The room cleaning was not the best. Hair on comforter and wrinkled sheets like they hadn’t been changed. Hair in sink upon check in and hair stuck in towel. Carpets need to be cleaned and room had an off smell.

Room was comfortable and clean. Gravy was not hot at breakfast, but warm enough that I still ate it. Plenty of parking. Hotel is in a very nice area of town. Could not close curtains to make the room totally dark for sleeping but we improvised. All in all satisfied with accommodation for the price and would stay again.

The hotel smelled amazing as soon as we walked into the lobby, and check-in was quick and easy with a friendly employee assisting us. The property has three floors, and we stayed on the third. The only downside was the elevator—it felt like it took forever to arrive, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. We had a King Suite, which was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. I especially loved the full-length mirror in the room and the fantastic lighting around the bathroom mirror—it made getting ready so much easier. The water pressure could have been stronger, and the bed was a bit firm for my taste, but overall, this was a great stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. In general, the room was comfortable. However, the ceiling in our bathroom had a significant leak, so my daughter and I had to move to another room at 3am. I’m aware that issues will arise, but there were no concessions made for this inconvenience.
