TV was awful. No guide on screen or on paper. One customer in restaurant spent 30 minutes trying to find NCAA March Madness game, finally gave up. Apparently staff didn't know how to work it either. Restaurant food was excellent but service indifferent. No free breakfast, $15 buffet.

Well, I’ve stayed here several times over the past 25-30 years and had hoped that when Hilton took over it would be a little nicer. In fact they threw a little paint (and not much either) over the walls and it’s the same old hotel I stayed in 25-30 years ago. Not too impressed.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located for easily walking around town. We attended the Princess Theatre so very walkable to the downtown areas. Lots of traffic on highway so very noisy outside but doors inside were soundproof and quiet.
