in and we cannot guarantee you will not encounter any in the unit.

Our extremely low rates are adjusted to compensate for the elevator renovations.
As such, the elevators experience a significantly higher number of service calls and actual downtime than normal elevators. Whenever one of the elevators goes down for service, residents will experience higher waiting times. There have been temporary occasions where both elevators are not working for a while.
