This hotel is fantastic as it’s right on the beach, as well as right in the center of great shops. The restaurants are fantastic especially the Outrigger- views, a bar, great service and delicious choices. Staff everywhere so helpful and full of smiles. Can’t wait to go back

Elevators are a problem. You have to pick a floor then use your key card for security and are assigned a car. It took forever to get to the lobby. The room was small and oddly shaped so furniture didn’t fit well and the shower was claustrophobic. It was an okay stay but nothing I would refer friends to. High point is Duke’s buffet breakfast. Stay anywhere but be sure to visit it

Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort was a great location. The beach access was was right outside the pool area. The property has 5 washers & dryer for guests. A nice little sandwiches shop while you wait for your laundry. Unfortunately, the entire week we were visiting this property the elevator was not working properly and sometime was waited 20-30 minutes.

Elevators were slow. Sometimes waiting up to 5+minutes. Great location for walking, anything you want is around you from food to shopping to beach front. Room was nice, partial ocean view toward Diamond Head was nice. Only down fall was having to wait on Elevators. And pool service from Dukes ended earlier than I would have liked.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy walking to many places. The breakfast option was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only 2 negatives were 1) one of the 3 elevators wasn't working during our stay and 2) there was construction going on in the beach access level which got loud and closed off one route to the beach. FYI: valet parking is about $60 a day and there was a resort fee of a little more than $50 a day. Not good or bad, it just is. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We paid extra 400$ for voyager 47 club access and being a vegetarian, in breakfast, all we got just plain bread, bagel and fruits and that too with very limited options. And evening appetizers are worse for vegetarian.

I liked the access to all the restaurants and shopping.But what I did not like is.The condition of the hotel could be improved considering the price that you pay also was inconvenient that it did not have a microwave in the room and it was loud at night outside
