As part of the luxurious Club Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki building, our guests enjoy the lovely gardens, pool, sauna, BBQ area, fitness center, and more during their stay. Located steps away from Kuhio Ave., take advantage of easy access to Waikiki’s restaurants, shopping, and activities. Not to mention, it's only a short walk to Kalakaua Ave, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, and the famous Waikiki Beach.

This lovely studio at the beautiful Royal Garden includes a queen size bed and sofa bed that converts into a twin. Features access to on-site pool, sauna, gym, free washers and dryers, and more. This unit is located on the 17th floor. 3 elevators available.

KITCHEN/DINING
This unit includes a kitchenette with a small sink, single burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, medium size fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. Even champagne glasses for your celebrations.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), sofa bed (sleeps 1), seating area with two side chairs and a small table. On the other side of the sofa is a small dining area with table and two chairs.

This unit includes a full bath with single sink vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.

This home includes a private Juliet lanai overlooking the "city" of Waikiki, the Ala Wai canal, and the beautiful valleys on the other side of the canal.

This home does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has in and out valet parking available for approximately $50/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.

The Royal Garden offers easy access to Waikiki's best offerings, just steps away from Kuhio Ave. Take a short walk to the restaurant- and boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center on Kalakaua Ave., soft-sand beaches, famous eateries, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, and world-class shopping. Close to the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head State Monument and more.

The location is great and the room was overall very nice. Unfortunately, the refrigerator smelled like rotten moldy food. After multiple phone calls to the property manager and multiple excuses for the horrible smell (including that it had "just been defrosted" and "that's the smell of the cleaner"), we finally gave up trying to get it resolved and went without a refrigerator for our whole stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this rental during a water polo tournament in Honolulu and had a great experience! The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and tournament venues. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 9-night stay. The view from the balcony was a nice bonus, and check-in was easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting for an event or just looking to enjoy Waikiki.

Decent place. Great city views. Tidy. Good communication. Pictures fairly accurate. Theres only one coffee mug and wine glass, suggest at least one more for couples traveling. Moldy shower curtain. Did not use the pool. Centrally located for driving distance, not entirely centrally located for walking. There is one very small ABC on the block. Restaurants and dining are a tad further. Theres a few parking spots on the street seemed filled in the evening but a few available during the day. They do not offer any late check out whatsoever even when you have no issue paying for the late check out and despite their availability calendar showing no incoming arrivals behind your departure. Save around 200 by booking directly through the hotel itself.

I was taken aback when I saw the size of the sink; 10 inches squared!! The faucet was too large for the sink. The wood block had knives but the "steak" knives had rust on all of them. Frig was great, glassware and dishes were great too. The sliding glass door "lock" was broken, what they called the "balcony" was, maybe a foot in depth and was long as the room but who could fit out there and have a glass of wine and chat; I fed the birds! Bathroom was nice, bed comfortable but where were the " fitted" sheets? The advertised photos of the room I thought I was reserving, turned out to be not the one I received. Quite disappointed but what do you do with false advertising?? Should I return, I'll have to look elsewhere for accommodations, What I can say is that the front desk and valet people were very nice!
