Our first time in Hawaii and this was a great start to what will most likely be many return trips. The location was phenomenal, for a "not on the beach" hotel, it's proximity and access to everything, food shopping, entertainment was exceptional. Helpful, friendly staff, a lovely 10th floor pool area and Starbucks in the lobby is always a plus!

Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and stocked with items expected. The cleaning staff was the best part of the stay making our room tidy and refreshed each day.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. We love the location it is very clean and the staff is super nice. The food in the Mac24/7 restaurant is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

Vacationing in Hawaii

My vacation stay at HILTON WAIKIKI BEACH was great and the amenities were perfect for the stay. One interesting thing though is that the hallways, elevator and main lobby are not cooled so they do feel a bit humid, but regardless this small detail the location is great and close to the beach. My room also had an amazing ocean view.

one complaint: This Hotel needs to update their entertainment services. Renting DVDs from a vending type machine in 2025 makes no sense and the inability to use Netfilx or your own streaming services is so archaic; other than that it was an excellent stay,

Valet parking only and they charge resort fees $45 a night and $55 for parking a night. Make sure to check in with front desk if you have breakfast package. They didn't even tell you ahead of time

This facility you have to be aware that if you have a vehicle you will get charged 55 dollars. If you a truck it will be 75. There is no microwave in the rooms but you can rent for 50 dollars during your stay. The bathroom you can see into it even if you close the blinds from the room. The room is small so be aware of that as well. It’s almost compared to a motel size room but 10x the price. Everything is an Upcharge. The view is beautiful. The balconies are very close top and bottom. Restaurants and stores are accessible. The pool is nice. Happy hour is nice. Okay. The magic show you will be constantly and consistently told that there is a show in every way possible. Enjoy.

I took my mom on a trip to Honolulu. We stayed 9 nights at Hilton Waikiki Beach on the 35th floor, premium rooms facing mountain side. We loved looking at the view because at night you get a beautiful view too. All the staff was kind. Everything was great! Close to everything, from beach to food. You won’t regret staying here!

The property was very convenient for travel, as there was a bus and trolley stop right next to the hotel. The staff was great and very accommodating when we wanted to change rooms. We were out of the hotel for most of our trip, but the beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice.

It was a fine place to sleep and shower but nothing special at all about the hotel itself. The pool area could use some updating and shady spots. The whole time I was there, the cabanas were reserved but empty so perhaps a reconsideration of pricing is in order! The pool bar opens too late also, most open at 10am in my experience
