This is the fifth time I stayed in this hotel. This time I chose breakfast package and I made the right choice. The whole crew of staff in the restaurant provide a professional and polite service to me and my wife 以禮待人. They set the model for service industry in Hong Kong. Would consider Dorsett for my next visit to HK

Overall happy with Dorsett Wanchai. The breakfast is simple yet nice. Dorsett provide shuttle bus service to nearby MRT station which is very thoughtful.

Great Stay at Dorsett!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The fitness center was well-equipped which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’m also glad there was the added bonus of free laundry for gym-goers. The only tough part was the wait time for the elevator during the busy breakfast time. Other than that, I found everything else about Dorsett very easy to navigate. A very convenient bus stop right outside as well as access to other transportation. The shuttle was very helpful as well. My dad isn’t very mobile so I’m glad I got to borrow a wheelchair from the hotel as well. Great stay!

This hotel is very busy and is located on a busy road. Depending on which side of the hotel you're on, you'll be hearing 24/7 traffic noise or your view will be of a cemetery. We found there weren't a lot of restaurants or other amenities within walking distance of the hotel either. We booked a room for 3 people but was only given a choice of a room with two twin beds or a room with a queen. We paid the extra for the extra person but did not get a proper room. The room with twin beds is quite small, whereas the room with the queen bed is very spacious. The room itself is great - clean and good A/C. On the other hand, the hallways look old, dank, and in some hallways they look very run down and dirty. I would definitely choose a different property to stay at the next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Ideal location for getting about in HK, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The lifts could do with a major overhaul though.

Had a bad experience here. Carpets dirty, lifts weren’t working, noisy due to room being on busy road and vibrations. Just a bad location in general. Didn’t bother changing rooms, we moved to another hotel the next day. First time I’ve ever had to do this.
