Amazing place. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful nature, which made it the perfect getaway from the busy city. Very clean and spacious room. A traditional Japanese feel to it! The amenities were great. They had most things you might need, including Yukatas. This together with the onsen bath made this a very relaxing stay. Finally, the staff was lovely and very helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hakone Sui​sen. The location is fantastic — peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly placed for exploring Hakone. The atmosphere feels truly magical and relaxing from the moment you arrive. The staff were so welcoming and kind, which made the experience even more special. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well kept. We felt completely at ease the entire time. This was one of the highlights of our trip and we would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The whole place was spotless, staff was more than great, but what stood out is their attention to details: the way they recognize you and bring you your shoes as soon as you enter the lobby, they give you a flashlight if you go out at night, they take time to explain things. It is the PERFECT place to stay for a night or two, in a quiet environment.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, slippers were provided upon entry into lobby so no outside shoes throughout the hotel. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, providing all information about the amenities during check-in. They also provided a flashlight when I went out at night, which I thought was a very nice personal touch.
