Great location - Great Host. Highest Recommendation!First, the location is great - one minute from I-73, making you 5 minutes from I-40, and 10 minutes from I-85, meaning you can be downtown Greensboro in 15 minutes, downtown HP in less than 20, and in Winston in about 25. PTI is about 10 minutes away. Next is the unit itself. It is on the 2nd floor, so the elevator is very helpful with luggage. Upon entering the condo, the first thing that stands out is its very well-appointed interior, with high-quality furniture and fixtures. Having stayed at numerous VRBOs and like properties that had 'economic' everything, the quality here, from the furniture to the linens to the pots and pans, was noticeable. Also of high quality was the 70-inch Samsung flat screen in the living room. The kitchen has all of the utensils needed to cook (except a baking sheet or broiler for the oven). There is a full spice rack and plentiful K-cups for coffee. I will also note that we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and several single-serve liquor bottles and mixers. A welcome, and welcoming, touch! As others have noted, the host couldn't be more responsive. We requested additional towels, and they were dropped off within the hour. Just all-around great service. The only negative to note is that the condo is about a mile from the Greensboro oil and gas refinery area. It was not a big deal at all, but something to note for those who are highly sensitive to environmental issues.
