I tried to check in an hour early and was told it would be an additional $40. There were rooms available and no cars in the parking lot. That's terrible customer service. Get rid of that policy!

Clean modern value hotel

I really liked the decor and the service was good. When we went down to breakfast, the general manager was pitching in to keep things moving. The room was 99% clean. There was a small drip on the bathroom door that should have been wiped down, but everything else was clean and fresh and new. We were comfortable two adults in a room with two double beds, but the room might have been kind of tight for a family of four. There was an efficient use of space and it had an open feel with bright colors and modern design.
