The G.M. contradicted what an employee told me. The employee had been GREAT throughout our stay. She was everywhere doing everything. I was so impressed. She said I could leave my scooter in a secure little corner for a few hours until my son could stop by to pick it up. The G.M. said no for liability purposes. I have stayed at Hampton, C'Mon Inn, and Rodeway. First time trying Baymont. ALL of those places worked with us and let me leave scooter at the end of our stay until my son could pick up. The G.M. ruined our stay. Was a great motel. Had a great breakfast. Glad it was dog friendly. But that G.M. just ruined the day.

It was 40 degrees outside and our AC blasted all night. It wouldn’t stop despite unit turned to off. Our room was 64 degrees throughout the night. They ran out of extra blankets. The chair and ottoman were so stained, along with the carpet in our room! There was garbage sitting outside the laundry chute area for 2 days right by our room. DO NOT BOOK!!!
