It was very boring to be honest. A little live entertainment would be good especially since the location is a drive from Flagstaff. This would have people spend more time there opposed to staying in Flagstaff for fun. I chose it thinking it would be all we needed but was a bit disappointed. Room was nice, food mediocre and staff was pleasant.

The staff was friendly especially security, the meals were filling, the room was nice, and the parking was good. The negatives are room service didn't answer the phone twice, the service at the twin arrows restaurant was good the first two days then on Saturday they sat me at a dirty table, messed up my meal, and treated me like a 2nd class citizen, the buffet was very expensive, and the sports book had limited hours and TV channels The casino could use a few more crap, and roulette tables and the pool was full of screaming wild kids late at night. There needs to be adult only hours in the pool area! The hotel location is too far away from everything so plan on having a rental car.
