Hotel older with much needed upgrades visible. Lack of electrical outlets particularly galling. Overall did not seem up to expected standards for Quality.

The cable TV was not working. The toilet had a bad flapper valve, and ran consistently. I had to eventually turn off the water supply to the toilet so that we could sleep. The parking lot was littered with food items and trash. This is a solid 2-star facility.

Not really quality inn’s fault but no tv service at all. No coffee cups in room. No warning that there was a $100 deposit on dog. The good was the receptionist who was so kind and polite and helpful.

Staff was difficult. They charge the credit card $100 deposit on arrival. Most hotels just put a hold on. I had to call them several times to credit back the $100 deposit. We had to climb stairs to get to the room. You have to either go downstairs to the first floor or upstairs to the second and third floor. We actually cancelled this hotel for our return trip and even paid more to stay in a different hotel

The staff was wonderful and the room was so clean. The coffee and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check-in was easy. We prebooked our room online. Room was very clean. Lots of amenities including hairdryer, fridge, microwave iron & ironing board. The continental hot breakfast was excellent! Sausage, eggs, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, doughnuts coffee, tea, & juice. Room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Will definately stay here again!

Front desk staff were unprofessional and tried to "hit on" my partner, in my opinion. This front desk staff person could not properly understand English, in my opinion. Also, my room had very poor telephone operator service. Further, the refrigerator had melted water on differing levels of the shelves. In my opinion mgt did poor training with their front desk staff. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or relatives.This hotel needs new management staff.

Would really help is first floor rooms did not have AC and heater wall units sucking in diesel truck fumes cause they back into parking places. It was pretty nasty. A simple sign to say, not to back into spaces. Thanks much guys....

Great for pets, convenient location

We selected the Quality Inn, Gillette, for ots pet friendly options. We are traveling for youth sports and must take our fur babies, too. They did not disappoint! Check-in was a breeze and they provided a room by a side door so we could discretely step out for restroom breaks. They did not have a dumpter that I could see, which made pet discard disposal less than easy. They have a great area in the back to throw a ball and exercise dogs. My only comment is that the pet fee was kind of secretive. It is not posted, it was not clearly stated at check-in, and if I would not have asked for a receipt, I would not see a $20 per pet fee. This is steep but understandable. I suggest being up-front with pricing. A great place and we will stay again.
