Location is great, as you can walk to nearby restaurants and such. We first got assigned to an occupied room which was odd (luckily we didn't see the person inside as we walked in) but otherwise it was a nice hotel.
I was in Gillette for a weekend, and based on previous reviews, I decided to book my stay here. The staff was very friendly and they provided a "shuttle" service for me to and from the airport at no extra charge. The room was small but clean. If you have a few kids, you might want to ask if they ...
Location is excellent, less than 20 minutes from Devil's Tower entrance. Everything is about what you'd expect from a typical Best Western. Rooms are large. Breakfast is OK. The only negative is the lack of an elevator - but it's only a two story building.
The motel was older and needed a few updates but our stay was so enjoyable that we soon overlooked this. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily and the staff was always friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.
We rented a room that on the booking website said 2 queen beds. When we got there it was 2 full beds. It was not going to work for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. I talked to the front desk. They we apologetic about the rooms being advertised incorrectly. We were given an additional room for free for ...
This bed was advertised as a queen, but when I was at another hotel the next night, there was a huge difference in size and comfort. The price was not too bad, but I was just disappointed in the comfort of the room. My husband and I also had a hard time adjusting the thermostat, so we pretty much froze that night :(
Bg room, comfortable bed, polite staff. I haven't seen a turquoise tub and shower in many years!
We stayed in a suite and it was great. The room was clean and spacious. Much better than the last time we stayed there.
Our 2-double bed room was clean and large, which was great for a party of 4. However, the beds were soft, the bathtub drain was clogged and the toilet had a hard time flushing. A full breakfast of waffles (make-your-own), scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels and bread was offered. The quality of the ingredients was fairly poor though. The employee who greeted us for check-in was very nice. Overall, the experience was better than expected for the low price we paid for our accommodations.
