The staff was kind and worked hard. The rooms are not nice but it was all that was needed for a safe place to sleep.
No hot water
The lady at the front desk couldn’t figure out how to check us in. Our room was right next to the morning breakfast so we could hear everybody and everything as we were trying to sleep. Toilet was nasty and the sink was broke.
This is a plain Jane budget hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The receptionist was helpful in giving advice to local attractions. All in all a good bang for the buck.
It was very nice and clean and the person who checked us in was very apologetic re the tv not working and offered another room since he knew this prior to our checkin. Since we watch very little tv, it was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay.
The location was great as it is right off the interstate. There was, however, a wait to get checked in due to reservation errors done and the person working had to come in and cover for someone who was sick. But this sick person came back in to help?! Made no sense, but took about 30 min to get checked in, the bed felt like it was really broke down. Room size was nice but a lot of open space, maybe add a couch bed or something to give more room for another occupant.
