Extremely poor communication between hotels.com and Hilton. Large family room booked and a special request for cot for baby and bed side for toddler requested and had confirmation from hotels.com that this was passed onto Hilton. They did not have any cots and no bed sides which resulted in parents not sleeping as baby had to sleep in bed which they could have fallen out of. Communication needs to be resolved between hotel and your website! Please do not book family rooms through hotels.com as you cannot rely on them.
