Their was an issue with the accommodation in hotel but staff were excellent in getting alternative accommodation sorted at this busy time of year. Our trip could have been a disaster but staff + hotel were very responsive in find a solution for unforseen issues in hotel.

First room we went to, single bed was broken and smeared poo on outside of the toilet bowl. Second room had main bed was at a slant so husband found it very uncomfortable. Broken tile on the bathroom floor with sharp edge. Daughter hurt her foot. People in neighbour room locked their kids out of room and let them scream and play out in the hall until 11pm. Disturbing our daughter who was sleeping. Banging walls and being very disruptive.

It was an average stay, me and my husband booked for our anniversary, room was either red hot or freezing cold, room could of done with a little updating, if you need silence to sleep, then this isn’t for you, you can hear cars all night long, tv was hit and miss weather it worked. It was clean though. Staff on reception was very helpful when we arrived to get us in a room early. The staff in the bar/cafe was quite slow but friendly. There was a wedding on the Saturday so hotel was took over as didn’t want to use the gym or pool as we didn’t want to walk through them. Wish we had known there was a wedding when booking. No charges for parking though which was a bonus
