Really bad experience

The first night there was a party in the 3rd floor until 6 AM just below our apartment. We could not sleep at all and next day we had to leave early to the Cliffs of Moher. We finally complain in the reception the day after. They said that we should have told them the same night. Because this was an apartment, there was no telephone in the room to talk to the reception, which is in the hotel around the corner. They are mad if they think we were going to wake up in the middle of the night and put some clothes just to go there and tell them that there was a party in the building they manage. Really bad experience. The apartment is ok although. The bed should be bigger or at least more comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent location. The staff of the front desk, the restaurant and the bar were very courteous and friendly. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and they had snacks and beverages (for extra charge) available in the apartment, which is very convenient when you are traveling with kids. The only suggestion would be to have better instructions as to how to lock the doors. But once we figure it out, we did not had any inconvenience. Very good place to book, particularly if you are traveling with kids.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Panoramic views of the City, easy walkability to all the sights, secure parking and responsive staff. 10/10 would recommend and plan on coming back!

Great stay in Galway city near the square

Wonderful hotel in Galway city, a block from the square. Great view from our apartment, overlooking the river. Plus had parking, which we needed. Check in is a little weird - you need to go to another hotel a block away (no parking there on busy street) but it was fine - you just need to know beforehand but we were behind the 8 ball as I imagine they sent instructions but I missed them. 100% woyld recommend this place for short stay or even weeks.

Terribly dated property (Apt 1). Worn and stained carpet, walls need fresh paint, beds had ruts from so many people staying, blinds in large bedroom were not blackout and were very hard to open/shut and were very dirty. There is also no direct address listed so ordering food was a challenge, we had to meet the delivery person at the The Western. Location is fine but we checked out a day early due to everything else.

The apartment was fabulous! The only negative was the check in/out process. You have to check in at the Western hotel, which means you have to park in the hotel's underground parking which is a disaster and you have to repeat the whole crazy process on check out. Once we got into the apartment it was lovley.

Our three night stay at Citypoint Apartments was very nice. The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The secure parking garage was a great bonus. Given it's central location, we found plenty of shopping and dining options a short walk away. The only minor drawback was a occasional noise from the street below, which is normal given the location. I'll definitely look at staying there again on my next trip to Galway.

Very spacious lodging on top of a department store that had great views of the city. Just 2 blocks from Eyre square and just a few more to Galway Cathedral

Spacious apartment, safe property and nice city views from balcony. Very difficult route and traffic driving to the check in location and then to the apartment. No parking at check in property but secure parking at apartment.
