The property has so much potential it is very outdated it does not have a generator, the ac Units are old and noisy. The owners are not pouring into this property at all.

Like I said when I submitted my first review. They need to notify customers about the lack of WiFi in some rooms. My ceiling fan did not work and the glass globe was broken to the ceiling fan/light combo. I removed the glass globe to it as I was afraid the glass or glass pieces was going to fall on the bed. Overall nice place to stay.

Hotel need a lot of work. The bathroom was not up to par toilet was flushing for a good 2 to 3 mins. I thought it was going to over flow. I ended up leaving and booked at a different location. I will never go here again.

The shower was in very poor state with its faucet. The shelves were about to fall, and the door knob didnt seem to work correctly. The pillows were terrible also. But it was clean and bug free, with a good working air conditioner.

We love staying at Flamingo Bay. The people are friendly and the Units are clean. It is definitely a "no frills" experience but you have access to the lazy river, "grotto Bar" and a nice restaurant on the beach. We will visit again.

Nothing was unique about this place. The place is poorly kept. From microwave to toaster rusty and filthy. Ice machines never worked. Had to climb three flights of stairs with luggage.

From we arrived the front desk host was pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the island. The pool was amazing and the bartender at the swim up bar (Alfy) was awesome. He made us feel right at home. This place exceeded all my expectations I will be back.
