No opinion on the staff or facility.. we made a mistake and booked a day early. Despite a month’s notice, the hotel did not see fit to back off its policy.. they got a nights fee for no services rendered. They, and Booking.co must be proud of their service model.

Pleasant open combination reception/breakfast area. Nice large room. Modern bathroom-very clean. Billed as a four star hotel the dirty looking carpets in the hallways and room should be changed! Also, no tissue supplied in room or English tv channel. Initial reception at hotel was not the friendliest although there was a nice young man at the desk later. Location was good-close to churches and squares.

Very nice property in an amazing location. We had an amazing view of Frankfurt and comfortable spacious rooms. Receptionist allowed us to check in 2 hours early and were very kind. Will be returning back!!!

This was our favorite stay in Germany! The view of the river was gorgeous! The beds were comfy and the AC worked really well. The staff was so kind and helpful. We had a blast exploring the city and walked everywhere. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

There were a few issues during my stay. The chair had visible stains, and the shower drained very slowly. However, the most frustrating part was that I had booked a Superior Double Room, but upon check-in, the room I was given did not match the description. According to the listing on Expedia, the Superior Double Room includes a balcony and a bathtub. When I raised this with the front desk, the staff initially tried to deny the discrepancy, insisting that most double rooms do not come with a balcony. It was only after I firmly insisted that I receive the room I had paid for that the issue was addressed.

Good hotel in great location

Very nice hotel in a great location, only complaints I have is that the more expensive superior room did not have a balcony as shown in the photographs. Also the lobby music and early morning vacuuming could be heard very loudly in the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Clerk at check in was helpful with arranging driver for 3am pick-up I ask about Uber and he suggested driver the hotel has used in past would be around 35 euro, I agreed, driver arrived as ordered, state 35-40 to airport, arrived and charged 47??, probably not hotels fault, go with Uber, price fixed in advance. 3 star for service, 1st clerk friendly and helpful, 2nd was short and surly. Had also ask for wake up at 2:30am, no call fortunately I had set my own alarm. Overnight clerk friendly and apologized for no call, did not have it noted. A convenient location to old town.
