Everything was well, a few rusty spots around the walls and in the bathroom. The staff that welcomed me was very nice and understanding. Parking was easy and right in front of my room. I only got into problems with the staff after I left because they charged me for a pet peeve and I did not bring any pets with me to the room. They are blaming me for pet hair in the room prior to me staying there and after I left, I stayed there on a military drill orders ( so I definitely could not bring any pets.. I don’t even have pets..) and they argued me down about what their house cleaning staff said.. I asked him to check the video of me walking in and out of my room because I was right by the office and they refused to give me the refund for something that was previously in that room prior to me checking in… it’s sad. I always stay at this hotel anytime I come on drill orders, but this will be my last time. I’ve never been treated like this before at a hotel and I stayed at hotels all over the world…

Breakfast was horrible, there was bugs everywhere in my room and spiders in the bed which awakened me from my sleep, couldn’t go back to sleep. Won’t give me back my deposit because housekeeping lied on me. Door had gaps in it would not close properly.

I travel for work. I am responsible for 6 teams. Three of those teams including myself stayed at this establishment. These wonderful staff members and management were absolutely phenomenal. They were understanding. They were friendly and very respectful. They went above and beyond with every single one of the rooms my teams had. And they had their hands full because these kids that I am the boss of run me ragged lol. But the staff and the management handled it all wonderfully. Housekeeping was awesome and the pool was phenomenal if it had not been so cold. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Elevator can be far from your room since there’s only one and it’s on the back side of the property. Also, breakfast could be improved a lot!! Only hot foods are waffles and toast. No protein offered at all. No liquid creamer for coffee either, only powdered. Staff were very nice and the room was clean with comfortable beds.
