The room was clean and the simplistic vibe was cool. That’s the positive. Here is the negative…no hangers, nowhere to put luggage except floor, parking wasn’t free, one tiny chair to sit in, soap wasn’t stocked in shower, lobby smelled like onions, desk is not manned, keyless entry is a struggle which puts other guests in an uncomfortable position. Would not stay again.

Because we booked through Hotels.com, the check-in process was terrible. I never received an email to get my contactless check-in setup so then it took 25 minutes for me to get in touch with someone and an email to check-in then it took another 25 minutes for the system to generate my keys.
