This was an easy drive to TCU, an easy walk across the parking lot to Ol South -- a fav of ours -- and Macaroni Grill, and right across the street from another fav shopping center with Pottery Barn, Kendra Scott, Lululemons, Athleta, Banana Republic, Sephora, and more. Room was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because it is located next to the freeway and near a train and I did hear both. The rooms do have noise machines (ours either needed batteries or wasn't working), but the noise wasn't bad enough to keep us awake. We heard zero hall noise throughout our stay. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful and were so pleasant about giving us a late checkout. We'd almost go back simply because of the staff! Our daughter is in her first year at TCU, so we will definitely be going back to this location. (This was our 4th trip to TCU, and this was by far our best hotel experience in the area.)

We came up for an academic competition at TCU, and the hotel was so convenient to where we had to go. The facilities were great, and everything was very clean and very well laid out.

Loved the room layout and style. Very close to restaurants. I needed towels and 3 mins later I had them. Great experience! Thank you ;)

I booked 4 rooms on Orbitz under my name. When we arrived at the hotel, none of the rooms were ready so we had to check our bags. I called the hotel a couple hours later to let them know we would be checking in, using all 4 rooms, and asked if it would be an issue if we were checking in at different times...I was assured it would not be. As it turns out, it was a big issue. The rooms could not be checked into unless I gave the "ok" over the phone. This resulted in me being charged for a room I never used because I was unreachable. Most of all, the women at the front counter were extremely ignorant with me and my friends. Very poor customer service experience.

Our room was quite noisy, partly due to outside noise and partly due to a guest in a room downstairs who apparently had his own music player since he wouldn't have been able to turn up any of the room devices enough to literally shake our bed. A nearby busy street and a busy rail line with nearby grade crossings at which every train blew their whistle were major contributors.

Does not look too good from the outside, but rooms were clean & comfortable

You get a microwave and a refrigerator, good TV, good beds, nice hairdryer, iron, ironing board, shower - all for less than $100 - why pay for a residence inn or courtyard down the street for up to 50% more? Stay here instead - they're trying harder and you can walk to the Macaroni Grill adjacent to the property.

the hotel was clean, comfortable and close to where we wanted to be.

Clean, quiet, good location for TCU parent's.

Comfortable, but noisy with RR tracks, whistles and young children stomping on floor above me.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. I am so sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us and I apologize we were not able to meet all of your needs. As our guests’ safety and security is our #1 priority, we do require the name on the reservations to match the guest that is physically checking in. I apologize this wasn't clearly explained when you called and for the problems it caused. I will be sure this is clarified with my staff. I do hope you give us a chance to make things right and try us the next time you find yourself in the area. Sincerely, Brett M. General Manager
