The staff is very friendly and upbeat. The hotel is easily accessible and the rooms have been very clean

The location of the facility was perfect for our visit. Everywhere we went was within 30 minutes of the facility.

Our room was a lot smaller than we expected , but other than that everything was great. The staff was so friendly and accommodating , the swimming pool/hot tub was very clean and relaxing and breakfast was really good !! We hope to stay again the next time we have to come to Cook Children's Hospital

The room was dirty and on top of that they didn't have any instant grits at the breakfast bar

my only compaint is the tv choices. no AMC, CBS, TNT, TCM, A&E or Hallmark.

The property was well kept and clean. Coffee was always ready in the lobby. They also offered snacks that could be charged to the room or paid for as purchased. Pricey, but we enjoyed it. The free breakfast included two hot items (eggs and a meat) cereal, oatmeal with toppings, bagels, pastries (that are best heated), yogurt and really yummy yogurt smoothies. They also have a waffle iron. It wasn't my favorite hotel breakfast, but it was pretty good. We had a neighbor with a baby, so the walls might be a bit thin as we heard a lot of crying. Being parents, we weren't bothered too much. The room was pretty. Beds were comfortable with soft linens and blankets. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for the end of the day. Lots of kids, so great for families. There were kids swimming late in the evening which was perfect for my little. The biggest negative is the area. It seems to be located on the outskirts in a part of Ft Worth that appears to be dying out. There was an old abandoned Put Put behind the hotel that was cool to look at but odd that it was just left there. We also saw an abandoned building that looked like it was once a school and a few restaurants that had been closed down. I didn't feel that the area was 100% safe. Aside from that. ... The was an Apolebees very close to east at as well as an Uncle Julios. An Albertsons is also accross the highway, and with a fridge and microwave in the room you could easily budget snacks and lunches.

Our Family loved Hampton Inn -- disappointing stay. WE stayed a week and were placed in a room that looked at a cement wall. Internet was difficult if not impossible to access. Called customer service center and after 20 mins trying to resolve we got on for 20 mins before being kicked off again. Front Desk staff unable to help. TV had issues. Air Conditioning fan made horrible sound, tried to have fixed but got nowhere. Room was in need of a deep cleaning - carpet filthy. We will be frequenting Fort Worth in the future but will never stay here again.

There was no hot water. Called front desk 3 times to request towels that were not replaced when the cleaning people cleaned our rooms, never got towels so I went and took them off the cleaning carts... Probably going to find a different hotel next time.. and the maintenance guy is a dick

Room was clean and staff was courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to I 30 and handy to shopping Hotel staff are accommodating and pleasant. Prefer the Hampton over the Courtyard that is also close by

Convenient to highway and shopping. Front desk friendly and accommodating. Nice facility. Comfortable bed and room. Nice shower. Roomy bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The kind woman in charge of the breakfast area in particular was keen on making sure she spoke to us and was very nice. She kept the area tidy as well. The included breakfast had several types of danishes, toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon (it alternated), fresh fruit, juice, coffee, hot tea, etc. It was satisfactory. The room itself was clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean. There were plenty of good towels. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were decent. There is an indoor pool and exercise room, but we didn't use eiither due to time constraints. The pool looked inviting. The location is *right off* of I-30. It's just across the way from the Ridgmar Mall. Most of our activities were off of University Dr on I-30 which was just a simple hop/skip/jump down from us. I'd stay here again.

The Hampton Inn was a very nice facility. New and very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast has a good variety with hot items and fresh fruit. Eating area very nice. Bed was very firm and although I love the idea of fresh duvet with every person the bedding was overly warm. We did find a light blanket in the closet so there is another option which I appreciated. Would definitely go back. Location close to highway and shopping mall but very quiet in the rooms.

Arrived late, got into my room quick which was great. Left early in the morning so it was a quick stay. Comfortable and, the shower was great - nice and hot and really good water pressure.

Clean Great Staff - Super accomodating Good Location Impressive Studio Room - Very Spacious Will stay there again. Thought it was a little pricey but was completely satisfied with everything about the hotel.
