We had such an amazing stay, there were so many food places around us and even a shopping center in the proximity. the staff was very sweet and helpful to me , and my hotel was very nice. will definitely be back here again !

The AC did not work in the room. When we checked in, we turned it on and it was blowing cold air, but the room was in the low 90’s when we opened the door. We immediately turned on the AC, and it was blowing cold air, but even several hours later it was still uncomfortably hot. We were not staying the night, so we did not make a big deal out of it, however if we were sleeping there we would have requested another room. Though I suspect that other unoccupied rooms would have their AC turned off so the hotel can save on electrical costs, resulting in the same issue. They also had one of the smoke alarms covered in plastic like they were getting ready to paint the room.

There's a smell in the main lobby. The furniture is old and faded. The room is clean, but there are roaches, which was a surprise seeing that the room was clean. Plus once you checked in there was an addition fee that should of been disclosed when you booked the room. But they wait until you check in to hit you with it. You do get it back after check out, depending on your credit card company. So maybe 3-5 business days.

Listen, if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep and won't be spending much time at the hotel or in your room, this place is great. But if you're looking for a quality spot, I'd say keep looking. Cons: When we first walked in to the lobby, the entire building was hot. Humid hot. After I checked in, and we got to our room, the room immediately had a mildewy smell, and then we noticed the mini fridge was totally dead. After I called down to the front desk to let them know, we found 1 dead cockroach on the floor and a live one coming out from under the bed. The guy from the front desk came up to look at the fridge and I told him about the bugs and asked if we could switch rooms. I will say, the only reason I didnt leave 1 star was because the staff was very courteous and addressed our concerns quickly. I asked if we could just switch rooms and he did it for us right away. HOWEVER, the new room also had issues. The desk chair had arm pads that were completely ripped and you could see the foam sticking out, obviously very used and the seat itself looked very worn down. There were 3 drawer doors that would not stay closed, and there were chips and scratches on the door, as if someone tried using a knife to unlock the door. The indoor pool was also not well kept, and there were no communal towels to use. Pros: The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, and as I mentioned the staff was courteous and attentive. Free Breakfast was good with nice options.
