The receptionist gave me the key to our room and we walked to the room and the door was wide open and had not been cleaned yet and the whole floor reeks of weed . We walked straight back down to the desk and told the receptionist we were not going to be staying. She did refund my money and we went somewhere else . She acted like it wasn’t a big just said oh the door means it’s not clean and we are “ supposed “ to be a no smoking facility . "
