My only complaints were the pillows were very well used and not comfortable, the bed was thin and not supportive, and we stayed 2 nights. After being gone all day on day 2, they never cleaned our room. There was a sign if you wanted towels replaced, place the old ones on the floor. No one replaced them. Trash wasn’t taken out. Pros: room and hotel were clean upon arrival, the bathroom lighting was good, the shower was nice, lighting was nice, I liked there was no carpet in the room (for cleanliness reasons), and they provided WiFi that was up to speed.

While the hotel itself is fine, our situation was terrible. When we arrived for check in, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and the room we booked with 2 queen beds was not available. The offered us a room with a king bed only for 4 people.

We had a fire alarm strobe light continually flash on the second day. When my mother-in-law tried to explain it to the staff they said it was normal. My family tried to rest during the afternoon while it continually flashed. It wasn’t until a second discussion with staff several hours later and showing them a video that they realized it wasn’t normal and provided an alternate room. The staff should’ve accommodated my family the first time we had the issue.

There wasn’t any detergent/ pods available for purchase when I tried to do laundry on two separate occasions. The breakfast is very minimal, only toast, pancakes, cereal and bananas available. The front desk staff rarely have quarters for the laundry.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptional. They really made the stay. We had the sweetest lady check us in and then help us find Santa when he showed up at a restaurant across the street on Saturday morning. We spent some time in the lobby on Saturday playing games, and all the staff were super friendly. The lobby itself is very cold, especially by the breakfast nook. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The area is nice and has a lot of things to do. Civic Park is right across the street and had some festive activities in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.
