Welcome to the Gray Dream Condo! A newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo located in a gated community. Conveniently located near 295/I-95 corridor we are 8 minutes from Ft Bragg, 6 minutes from Cross Creek Mall, 10 minutes from Cape Fear Valley main campus and 15 min from Hoke First Health for any Travel Nurses. During your Stay, Cable, Internet, and Streaming will be included. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
The space
Walking into the Luxury Condo, you will be welcomed to a spacious, bright living room throughout the furnished Condo. The space offers comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day of working or exploring. Enjoy watching Cable, your favorite, Netflix and TV shows on large flat-screen TV and stay connected with the free WIFI available.

Cook your favorite meals together in the fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need such as a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, silverware, utensils, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker, and storage cabinets and enjoy eating at the 4-seater dining table. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Enjoy a nice cup of joe on the patio or while watching the sun set or relax with a glass of wine near the fireplace The Gray Dream is very welcoming our home is your home away from home.

The Space leads onto two comfortable bedrooms (Master bedroom King) (Second Bedroom Queen).

1. We have many board games that you will enjoy during your stay.
2. The Kitchen faucet is one of my favorites as it is sensor base to turn the water on without using your hands.

All restaurants and shopping is within a 3 mile radius. This place is excellent. TO ALL FUTURE GUESS. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR PARKING. THERE ARE NUMBERED PARKING SPOTS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ONE OF THOSE NUMBERED PARKING SPOTS. IF YOU DO THERE'S A GREAT POSSIBILITY YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED. THE CURRENT COST TO GET YOUR CAR OUT OF IMPOUNDMENT IS 240.00 CASH. NO CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. OTHERWISE, YOU'RE HAVE A GREAT STAY.

The rental was very clean, upgraded and surprisingly quiet. They offer toothpaste and toothbrushes (sealed) to use. Also other toiletries to clean with. The owners were easy to contact. Location was good and we felt safe.
