Contracted the Flu while staying at Court Yard: The room was beautiful and clean. The lobby area was very nice and clean.. The receptionist could not find my original reservation but was able after I made a call to headquarters to access my reservation number. The overall facility was beautiful. The exercise room was in great condition. I just got sick, because it was too cold in the entire building. My room a/c heating was blasting out cold air at 74 degree turning it up to 80 degree hat mode got a little better, but in the mean time I got the flu. I did not enjoy my stay because I was very cold with chills, coughing, Ask front desk receptionist to bring something to help. She brought Dayquil and Claritin...Took two Dayquil's, this helped only slightly, asked for lemon none was available because the bar was closed. Left the facility and checked into the hospital Urgent Care - reporting my temperature was 103 sever flu was my diagnostic. Although the facility was very clean there was airborne viruses in the room and the cold temperatures of the heating and air conditioning devise did not help; along with the coldness of the entire building. I understanding keeping things cold to combated germs but the coldness, & cold air was almost like being in the hospital. My recommendation is that the Court Yard use Lysol after ever guest staying at their facility - give this to housekeeping and washing down the tub with Clorox bleach which kills 99.9% of all germs.

Recently stayed three nights on business. The service at the cafe in the lobby was extremely slow in the morning. Too many customers and not enough help. They did have a decent selection of breakfast options and coffee. They also have a little market in the lobby but no vending machines. Room and bathroom were good.

We stayed as a late-night layover after 10 hours on the road. Finding the hotel and check-in were easy. Room appeared acceptable for the 15 minutes before collapsing. Then we realized it is across from the ice machine, elevator AND service closet. Extremely noisy all night, then louder when the cleaning staff arrived. Hotel may be fine but stay out of this room.

Our family traveled down from Cape Cod area in MA to visit our son stationed at Ft. Bragg, just returning from deployment. We had been referred to this hotel by a friend who attends a conference annually at this hotel, who always enjoys it. From the 1st phone call I made to the staff there, I was sure this was the hotel for us. As arrival dates changed for my son's CO, the staff was so patient, accommodating & understanding. Teyondra,Gabrielle, (even over the phone) Ben took excellent care of us while also considering our military plight! Once we arrived, we all felt that we were being treated like family & that was a wonderful experience. I cannot thank Ben, Teyondra, Kelly, Gabrielle, Heather, Sophie, Traci & Marcus enough for the over & above hospitality. I so hope I haven't forgotten anyone: everyone we came in contact with there was awesome.We truly feel as though we have family there! The hotel was clean, well kept, & we enjoyed the location. It was nice to share the comfortable outdoor areas & nice common areas with other military families whom we got to know while there.We had 2 days there with our older daughter before the troops arrived & enjoyed the location & it's convenience to stores, eateries & it's close proximity to the base. Ben's suggestion of downtown & historic Fayetteville was much appreciated & we were fortunate we had come in time to catch the 39th International Folk Festival there! A fabulous event with so much to do each day & night! We felt that the staff went above & beyond for us at every turn & this is the only hotel we will stay at when visiting the area. Also on the military support pages I'm involved in, when anyone asks for recommendations for hotels, I sing their praises there as well. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for making our visit extra special!

I stayed at this hotel when traveling for work with a large group. Kelly, at the front desk, was phenomenal. She was beyond welcoming and helpful. Anything I needed she was able to get for me and went above and beyond to help service myself and the group I was traveling with. We travel frequently as a group and we all agreed Kelly and everyone at this hotel gave us one our best, if not the best, hotel experiences we have had. When you stay at a place with great customer service, it just makes the stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you Kelly for taking care of us!

This is a little different review: we didn't actually stay at the Courtyard Fayetteville. Last week as Hurricane Irma changed course and we faced evacuation in South Carolina, we booked a room here. Eventually, at the last minute, evacuation orders changed and we were able to stay in our home. We were charged a late cancellation fee initially, but after a brief explanation, the General Manager, Beth Buckingham-Rivas, very graciously reversed the charges. A hotel with this caliber of management cannot be badly run. My wife and I will be sure to stay here in the future on our many trips north on I95.

We stayed at the courtyard for two nights this past weekend. Checking in on Friday night , and Kelly who was working the front desk was possibly the best anyone could possibly be. We had a horrific drive in, driving in storm for majority of 15 hours. She upgraded us to a suite making the trip more enjoyable, we were there to see my son before a deployment and she made sure we had everything we needed. Housekeeping was great as well. The hotel itself was nice. Had a pool and small gym, but it truly was Kelly that stood out, also ,the girl I made reservation with(I wish I could remember her name) was super nice and extremely helpful. Overall such a good experience. I would stay here again!!

I cannot say how disgusting this place was. I did not even shower there because I felt like a shower would make me more dirty than I already was. The hotel was like a motel out of the shining or the movie psycho. I have never been so disappointed in a Marriott. The rooms are old and outdated. There were weird noises all night and you could literally hear every time someone went in or out of their room. Shame on Marriott.

Very nice room and got a good rate with breakfast included. Not a buffet - you get a voucher and order at the bar. It was still efficient. Location is close to Fort Bragg and also to shopping and dining.

Reasonably priced and in relatively quiet location compared to some of the other hotels. Pretty comfortable bed. Some water staining on the carpet in my room as well as an overall weird smell that some hotel tend to get. Staff was friendly. No free breakfast here but there was free parking. I'd probably try other offerings in the area before I stayed again.
