The hotel looked nice in the lobby and looked clean. The staff was super nice and Jon did his best to help me but hotels.com screwed everything up and we ended up not being able to stay there. We booked at a different hotel and did not use hotels.com to booke that stay. In fact I will never use hotels.com again which sucks because I have used it for years but many problems have come about lately
