This place used to be called the budget inn, for a reason --it's VERY basic! But I have stayed here several times over the years, as it is affordable, safe and clean. No coffee maker in the room, but shower has good pressure and hot water and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a few places to eat, and easy parking. I will almost certainly stay here again!

The Oasis hotel property feels safe, with large lots for parking off the street. There are two separate buildings. The room was very fresh, mostly clean. Others with rooms can be heard walking along the outside, but not a lot of noise from the next room. The Hotel was not overly full and it was odd that persons were placed directly in the next room. There is not a lot of road noise heard. There are many businesses for shopping and a variety of restaurants and fast food on the main highway just one block away, and they are within walking distance. The hotel is easy to locate. It is clear to see that remoldeling is happening, nice to know the business is concerned. The one concern we had was that the new flooring was very dirty - not seen easily as the flooring is grey and black, but visible on the paper towel I wiped up a spill of water with, and on white socks. I'd be happy to stay here again, when needed. Reasonable cost. The property around the hotel had many weeds. Very nice staff.

Jodi was so kind and called us when our rooms were ready and took really good care of us. She is wonderful. Rooms were fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Side note my brother Allen Plimpton built this facility originally as the Oxbow Inn!!! Loved it then still a great little motel. Thank you!! Rich & Julie Ladd, Carl & Gae Quigley, Fred Rhea and Crew.

It was great for the price clean for the price nothing fancy service good we checked in late so can't complain. Water all over the inside of the toilet lid and on the floor. Great amenities for the price. AC very loud. There are sketchy folks around. Looks like they are doing some maintenance around the place there is old furnishings outside the buildings

Good basic motel with low rates, and they have smoking rooms which is a big plus. But no coffee pots in the rooms or lobby - big minus! Need to walk over to McDonalds to get coffee. They should have coffee in at least the lobby, better to have the small pots in the rooms.
