Short visit, late check in. Just wanted food and to sleep. Bed was firmer than my liking. Also, the folks in the room below us had issues with a sink backflowing. Staff did try to resolve there issue, but one would think routine maintenance could have prevented this. Witnessed all of this while waiting for doordash in the lobby.

Odd layout for parking

I travel on a motorcycle and most hotels allow for parking under the canopy or have ample parking so I can feel confident my bike is safe overnight. Parking here is limited and scattered. Thankfully someone left otherwise I’m not sure where I would have parked.

The people were very friendly and accommodating however the conditions of the hotel were not. The carpets especially in the stairwell were extremely dirty and it smelled. I would think that you could make a maintenance schedule for cleaning all the carpets. The pool area was not what I would expect from a well known hotel. The pool was cloudy and the repairs were makeshift at best. I wasn’t sure if the spa was painted a funny color or dirty but it was not inviting at all. The room was clean and had been replenished. The breakfast was good with the food they offered but maybe a bigger variety would be nice.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Bed was comfortable. There were several small flying insects in our room - bigger than a gnat, smaller than a housefly. Property is overall pretty clean and nice but some areas of it look run down like area around pool. Appreciated the laundry facilities. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical.

The hotel smelt bad. There was construction from the ceiling all thru the hallway & guys barbecuing in the back. The pool area was unclean. The breakfast was good & the employees were pleasant. Over priced!
