I do not frequently leave reviews but felt a bit disappointed by this place. Heater frequently made loud noises when turning on. Rooms could use some updates such as usb ports in room and new carpet. Furniture was old and worn with stains. There was no bedding or extra pillows in room for the pull out sofa. Also saw many ants throughout room and property.

The only real issue was due to noise from the room above us. There seemed to be a lot of running and jumping by the occupants of the room above us. The food was good, but it would have been nice to have greater variety and we could not find hot water for the tea. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean, and service was exceptional. Overall ,we were very pleased.

Spoke with front desk and asked for first floor room due to recent total knee replacement and was told they had Room 104 reserved for me. Got to hotel and was sent to third floor about as far from elevator as possible. Went to complain when checking out and had to wait 15 minutes before a person showed up at front desk. Was given no reason for change and got a sarcastic “Have a nice day” as I left.

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept in. The hot tub smells of feces. Bathroom smells of marijuana. The heater in the room didn't work.
