Staff and facilities are good, not a bad hot breakfast and there is a bar/ Resturant next door. First room, an end unit, reeked of smoke even though this is a smoke free hotel. Maybe being close to the exit where everyone and I mean everyone went out to smoke. Staff was understanding and easily switched room. This was much better but still had the slight tinge of smoke smell.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Other guests were allowed to smoke marijuana in the rooms. Very strong. We mentioned it to front desk staff. He said they would deal with them. But the odor continued.

A/C didn’t work and the office clerk didn’t help with it. Room was 80 degrees while the outside temp was 62 degrees. Towels were stained! Would not recommend this to couples or families…..good for truckers! Very disappointed!

Bad breakfast

The room was quite good. Breakfast ran out of food by 8:45 am. Service area was a mess with food debris uncleared. No bread and no fruit. Such a major disappointment to find a Baymont do poorly cleaned. I made a special effort to find a Baymont at which to stay and was very disappointed.

There was a strong marijuana smell in room and outside the door entrance to our room. The bathroom shower fixture stuck. Our room door to the inside hallway was broken. The front desk was notified the day we checked in but nothing was done.
