Convenient to the highway. Room was updated and clean. Breakfast was lacking.

Property was fine. Rooms and bathrooms were a little small. Staff person we met was very friendly. Liked that there were lots of food choices nearby. Easy access from the interstate. But I was concerned by the disclaimer we were FORCED to sign agreeing to pay high fixed amounts for undetermined "damages". Whenever we encounter this we take lots of before and after pictures of the room.

Staff were friendly and quick to solve any issues we had.

The heater was not working and it was so hot and there was no way to control it. No sleep the whole night. No elevator and tough to carry the luggage. Pool was good and breakfast was ok.

From the moment I got there, it was poor service. I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to come out to check me in for a little over 5 minutes. She was very short and wasn't friendly at all. I tossed and turned all night because the A/C did not keep the room cool. The next morning I found out it was not working at all. I just thought it was the best it could do. It was unusually warm temps for this time of year, so it should have kicked on. The walls also seems thinner than any hotel I've ever slept in, it sounded like a breathing machine in the next room not helping with the sleep issue. When I checked out, I was waiting for her to ask if everything was okay, but she didn't . So I made a point to tell her how uncomfortable it was and she said oh sorry I can't do anything for you because you booked the room through Orbitz and she said I should have come down and asked for another room. First of all, I just drove 15 hours, I was too tired to get up and second wouldn't want to move all my stuff. I think that is something simple they could check while they are cleaning each day to make sure it works. For her to say that she doesn't care because I booked online is bull, they still get money for the stay. I will never go there again and will tell all the family that goes up there to stay away.

Ok, clean hotel, just was a stopping point on a road trip, didn't use any amenities

The first room assigned had not been cleaned when we opened the door. We were given the next door room. In one of the drawers was "used" woman's underwear...behind the bathroom door was a used bath towel. Although the beds were comfortable, that's the last time we'll stay in a Quality Inn.

Very good location, close to interstate and restaurants but still a little off ensuring a quiet night. New building with clean and for this class very spacious room (non-smoking, King bed). Mattress is good and room is nicely furnished. Bathroom is clean, modern and provides enough space. The continental breakfast is adequate and staff is friendly. The hotel even offers indoor poor and laundry facility for the guests. Overall an excellent and top notch value for this category of hotel. I definitely can recommend this hotel for business and leisure travelers.

We changed rooms so we could have a jacuzzi, we paid extra for this, the jacuzzi did NOT work, we called the desk they came up and could not get it to work. The phone beside the bed did not work, the light beside the bed did not work. Tried to use the refrigerator and the freezer worked but not the bottom of the unit. The next morning when we went down to breakfast at 9:40 there wasn't any gravy or biscuits left and they just said sorry. All in all I feel our money should have been refunded since we definitely did not get what we paid for. I would not stay there again since nothing was done to help us out, we have family in the area and would have liked to find a hotel that would be more in tune to their customers needs. If everything worked it would have been great but seriously, the jacuzzi, phone, lamp, refrigerator, breakfast !!!!! We were in room 202.

Resting very good stay

This hotel was not bad, about what you would expect for the price. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and they were very helpful. Good place to stay for the price.
