Rooms spacious, bed very comfortable, staff friendly, easily convenient/walking to walmart and mutiple restaurants. Big common area and eating area. Popcorn and cookies put out by staff. Breakfast was awesome--always consistent with eggs and sausage, pancakes and all the rest of usuals. The only thing that could have made this over the top would be a wine happy hour!

Throwing cold water on an otherwise wonderful stsy

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. Everything was truly great until the cold water shower in the morning. No hot water is inexcusable! When I called the front desk she pleaded ignorance and said she would notify maintenance. Told me no one else reported it. 30 minutes later at breakfast, at least a dozen other guests confirmed to me that they had no hot water either and had called the desk also. I expect some type of reasonable credit for the terrible inconvenience. Doubt I ever see it.

We had a fantastic experience. Convenient parking was bright (we arrived late at night), service was fantastic, our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Loved seeing the dogs at breakfast in the mornings!😂 Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Friendly staff

My stay atbLaQuinta Effingham was good. The front desk staff was very helpful. I have 2 small fur babies. They were very comfortable there. The staff treated my little one very well, which is important to me. The room was clean and comfortable.
