Could be cleaner ... In bathroom... Bed was good. Staff helpful.

I am in a wheelchair a d have a certified Service Dog from America's VetDog. My stay was helpful from the moment i arrived until i left. They called a taxi when i needes one and the lift down to the dining facility wa always operational. The pool and fitness room where always ooen and clean as well. Thank you to all the desk, hostesses, and room assistance/cleaner. Will definatly stay there again. All a yone has to say is the Holiday Inn next to the Zoo. And no, you dont hear any animals unless you are outside.

It was close to the city bus line so getting into town was easy. It was next to the zoo which was great for littles and the room was just right for our family of 4 weekend get away.

Have not been in a Holiday Inn in 25 years. This was a pleasant surprise. It is very American, so you do not have to remember to turn on the water heater before you want hot water (typical Scottish plumbing), nor is there a bidet in the efficient, clean bathroom. The breakfast that comes with an additional fee for the room is worth it, as it has haggis and the full Scottish fare of black pudding and lovely meats. We are here for three nights because of a freak blizzard has closed the airport and are very comfortable in our tiny room with a city view.
