Didn’t end up staying. There was a leak in the room I was meant to stay in 2 days before I arrived, but I wasn’t informed until I arrived at 6pm. It was disappointing. Staff were friendly informing me when I arrived and were going to organise for a different hotel, but that place was 20mins outside the city. Not good enough.

Most of the staff was warm, outstanding hospitality. One night shift desk ladies was efficient but cold, slightly condescending in her efficient manner to myself—and how she addressed others in queue. Efficient staff is great, but genuine hospitality is the touch we will return for—especially after customers being travel weary. Will return. Delicious breakfast and very neat rooms!

If you're looking for a location that's centralized, this works. However, there are several other options around to stay in depending time of year. We booked this with the idea of supporting a boutique hotel instead of a larger chain - but we were met with cramped spaces, overpriced breakfast, additional fees, and limited option for baggage keeping. The room was overly small, which is a fair warning they need to put on their selections as if we had large baggage none would have fit.

Amazing location in Dublin - so many amazing dining options and cultural sights nearby. The room is small and compact but perfect for a short stay. Losing a star as the staff on check in were rude and unhelpful - none of the usual information of check out times or cleaning rotas were shared (only attempts to upsell things) the team should be enthusiastic when welcoming people as it’s the least you can do. Also suggest adding more useful information to the in room sheet - info on the bins etc would be helpful.
