I stayed at this property once for business, I never had a problem there until now that I returned, on this trip and for the second time staying at this property, the room they gave me had with BEDBUGS🐞, they were walking everywhere, I took a video and went to the hotel reception and showed it and they changed my room, in this second room they came and took me out the next day because they told me that they already had it reserved and they gave me a valid explanation that I understood perfectly, they gave me another room, in this room I flushed the toilet and all the water came out and the whole room, the carpet was filled with water,I went a second time to complain and they gave me another room #, when I get to the new one room, the 4th in 3 days, it was a physically limited room, they told me that was what it was, I had not rested at all, I was exhausted from so many room changes in this hotel, it was the hotel's problem, not mine, a housekeeping came with a Manager named MEGAN and gave me 15 mit to get my things out, he told me that it was the hotel policy, I understand, I wasn't going to stay another day there either, but the hotel policy also states that it is allowed to have BEDBUGS ? in the hotel policy Is it allowed to put guests who are not limited physical in a room for limited physical?The hotel's policy is also to treat guests like dogs, not even a dog is treated as they treated me in this hotel,No humanity,very disappointed

Que esta centrico pero a la vez hacia atras no cerca de la carretra. La tranquilidad y privacidad del hotel. La limpieza y el staff. No me gusto unicamente las toallas de la picina. Y agua botella demasiada cara $3 dollar.

Rooms clean and quiet. Parking availability was a plus. Every day they had an excuse for not having breakfast; basically they pretend to offer that. But overall was a good place to stay for one or two nights.

Was excited to take my son on a spring getaway and to a hotel with a pool. After seeing our room the pool was a NO. We opened our fridge to put our drinks away and there was a box of stinky pizza in there. The box was wet and the smell would knock you out. The pizza had been there awhile no doubt. Called the front desk immediately and she said IF housekeeping was there they would come take care of it. Not much later a man came up and got it and cleaned it up but the smell still lingered the 2 nights we stayed..gross! Therefore we didn't use the fridge at all. Also when we arrived I asked the girl at the desk if breakfast would be served in the morning (Friday) and her answer was "she really didn't know" The girl that checked us in though was nice so I do have to give her credit. However, the next night which was Fri night after playing late night Top Golf down the road and me being exhausted and using my walker as I'm recovering from an injury, I park the car, mind you out room is in the very back and far away from the office out key card don't work to get into the building! I should have known because plenty other reviews say there was key card issues. We had to walk all the way to the office late at night with my walker to get a new key. The lady who said she was night manager was not a pleasant person at all, matter of fact she was pretty sarcastic. Whew, finally back to the room and the toilet breaks. Save your money for a nicer place!
