Every staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there.

For a one bedroom suite, the layout was strange since the bedroom was tucked in the bedroom and had to be shared with any visitors. Also, bad smell in the suite everytime we came in. Maybe a bad cleaning product?

I love Staybridge hotels. They are clean, updated, and home away from home. The staff here were very friendly, accommodating and ensured we had a phenomenal staff. Diane was super in hospitality!

Not my first time at Staybridge. Never disappoints. Clean, friendly, great breakfast. I didn’t eat dinner which as I understand They serve every night but it looked good. Kitchen in the room is a huge plus. Very friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was great staff was great however the room we had number 105 was fantastic until you turned the heat on. The furnace in the room was so loud you couldn't sleep so we had to turn it off. As a result it was very cold in the room. This is our only complaint everything else was excellent.
