The staff was exceptional. They gave us a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant that gave us 10% off due to the recommendation from Hampton Inn.

Very neat, clean and well kept room. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We asked for extra pillows when checking in and they were in our room before we were. Great staff!

Jyllian and the staff were extremely helpful. Everything was wonderful.

VERY NOISY and the pillows are garbage ! staff was very friendly and room/hotel very clean I cant complain about that !

Nice hotel friendly staff..... Although some spoke no English .... But overall very good experience !!!

Great location. Easy to get to. Close to I75. Super friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast!

Easy to get to when you are in the Auburn Hills area. Clean, quiet, had a decent complimentary breakfast, what more can you ask for when you need a place to stay? In the process of remodeling when I stayed I am sure the upgrade will make it even better

The staff was really friendly, but put me in a 2 queen beds room. They quickly fixed their mistake and put me in a 1 king bed room that I reserved. The King room had a couch and desk with chair, both had interesting stains (YUCK). But the rest of the room seemed clean. The most disappointing part was the wake up call of the construction team in the room right next to us at 8 am! REALLY?! Not just the occasional hammering, but power saws!

I have stayed at this hotel when it was a wingate inn many times. the hotel has new ownership and they are busy renovating. the pool and hot were closed. there is construction equiptment in the parking lot limiting entrance to the front. our room needed renovation. These facts should be stated in the description. I hope the new owner do well. the employees are very very nice here. Still not much of a value at this time

Staff were very friendly. We had a nice continental breakfast which is not at many hotels anymore. Price was great, bed very comfortable room was clean. Remodeling pool, but weren't going to use anyway. Would go back again.

While our home was having it's floors refinished, we chose to stay at the Auburn Hills Hotel and Suites. Although the week was full of drama with my contractors at home, I was very relieved that the staff of this hotel was so friendly and accommodating at the very least. It was definitely a great stay there.

Staff does not know what they are doing took them like 20 mins to get me a key and when I finally got one they demagnetized my other party keys. Staff could not tell me where to park and I couldn't even get and extra half hour in the morning. The thing that bothers me is that they didn't even ask for ID when I asked for a key just gave a room number that is very dangerous and unprofessional. Will never go back. The hotel is between two other hotels so I recommend going to the other ones and not this one.

My sister and I stayed here for the night on our way to another destination. We were feeling too sleepy to keep driving and we decided to check out the app and see if there was a good deal somewhere. Wow, this place was so reasonably priced and was way nicer than a lot of the other places we had stayed in our trip (at a fraction of their cost). Pool, gym, friendly staff, and a waffle iron station as part of the breakfeast provided? I will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Friendly, good breakfast, friendly staff. I recommend it

Hotel was well kept and clean. Nice beds and linens. Full breakfast. Reasonable price.

we suddenly found ourselves needing another night in a hotel. We had been staying at Sonesta ES Suites nearby but it was booked for the night. I would go back there in a heartbeat. This place? eh, not so much. Comparison: Sonesta less $$, better breakfast, a full size coffee maker and more spacious room. On the plus side for Auburn Hills Hotels and Suites: a larger lobby and indoor pool.

Overall not a bad stay!! Staff was nice!! Didnt really care for the location of the hotel, but it suited our needs st the time

The friendliest hotel staff we have encountered in a very long time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area. Top notch experience.

The hotel staff had trouble finding our reservation so the checking in process was slower than expected, but after checking in everything was better than expected. Quiet, clean, comfortable with more amenities than expected (eg a pool, and a jacuzzi). They do need more help with the breakfast tho' - especially around 9. There was just one man to keep containers full, etc , when they ran out of nearly everything, including places for people to sit .

This hotel was spacious and with all the amenities of a larger hotel. I realize this used to be a Wyndham hotel but now is in the process of becoming a Hampton Inn hotel. Room was clean and spacious and the A/C/heater with digital thermostat kept it very comfortable. Complimentary continental breakfast comes with egg and sausage patties as well as Belgian waffles. You can't beat that! For the price I paid for this stay, I would definitely return here for my next visit!
