Surprisingly good deal for a short stay while attending a concert at the Palace. Check in/out process was simple, room was huge for 2 people, and it's a short Uber ride from the Palace.

The hotel is in a good location right of the major highways. Close food places that deliver. I only give the staff 4 stars because our desk clerk was quiet chatty with us and not the most knowledgeable about the area. The room was great and large for the price! Breakfast was what you expect from a hotel. Very modern hotel.

Although there was a pull out bed, the furniture arrangement didn't allow for it to be used easily, and when we moved furniture to allow it to open, it wasn't made up. Everything else about our stay was very nice.

This hotel is actually a suite, we had a 2 bedroom and it was quite spacious and worked well for a business trip.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was pleasant and everything was uneventful. The only negative part was the construction of the roads around the hotel made it difficult to get there, especially when we showed up later at night. There was also renovation at the hotel, so instead of a usual front desk you just popped into a little room kind of tucked away... Neither of these really take away from the quality of our stay, however. Once these problems are situated I will have no complaints!

ok place was comfortable, for a few nights, not sure if we would stay again

Great location. Hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. Super room. Nice space and decorations. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were huge.

Very clean, nice place to stay. Hotel staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Very friendly. Would stay here again.

We spent one night at this hotel as our house is being remodeled and we wanted to escape from the mess and smell at our house. The one bedroom suite had been recently remodeled and was very nice. The hotel is still under construction though (no noise issues), so they only provide a continental breakfast (not a big problem). One negative is that the furnace filter in the bedroom was extremely dirty and ought to be changed. The vent to the bedroom was also in a shut position so the room was initially cold. The vent mechanism was stuck so it took some effort to open it, but then the heat was fine. Otherwise, a good experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the location for shopping is great, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious, nice to have a living area, kitchen and separate bedroom. During our stay in October the road into the hotel was under construction. Also the hotel was under some final renovations, they are planning to be finished in November. The lobby was not finished so we had to find our way to one of the rooms on the first floor to check in. This was also the breakfast area so it was more of a grab and go, so no sit down breakfast. The coffee was excellent however. We had a bit of an issue with the lightening in our room, no lights in the bathroom and no power along one wall in the bedroom. The night clerk was very helpful when we called, he came to the room, went to check the fuse panel and when all failed he moved us to another room. The rooms are completely renovated with modern style furnishings and lightening. The full kitchen is a nice perk the full size fridge has an ice maker in it. There is also a full size microwave and a two burner stove top. The kitchen is stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery, pots etc very nice if you are staying long term. The website has not been updated to show the changes in the hotel and this should be done. The website lists DVD players in the rooms which is no longer the case. One item that may e considered is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, I am always grateful for one of those when I travel. The beds are super comfy and the pillows plentiful. Enjoyed our stay and will return in November for my Christmas shopping trip.

Road to hotel is under construction without clear signs or directions for how to get there. both cars in the party ultimately ended up driving the wrong way down a 1 way street to turn in until we figured out how to come and go. clean nice room and great price for 3 beds plus a couch. Very friendly staff!

Loved everything about our stay except the construction. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was lacking because of the renovations but we are excited to stay again when the renovations are done. All in all great value with this hotel!!!

My husband and I stayed here as part of our one-year wedding anniversary celebration. I chose this location because of its nearness to other local attractions we planned to visit. The room was beautiful! The staff were the friendliest we've ever encountered! They even helped us pick a wonderful restaurant where we could have dinner. Hotel was being renovated. But, this didn't interfere with our experience at all! We would definitely stay here again.

Love the room! It was too bad there was renovations everywhere. Had to go around outside to get to certain spots in hotel. Construction everywhere. Would recommend the focus in ine area at a time. Gym was closed. There continental breakfast was not good. Given a paper bag to take back to hotel room. Plus we were woken up at 730 am with workers upstairs. Office said they are only allowed to start at 9am. Front office didn't tell is how to get to our hotel room and with direct access closed due to construction very frustrating.

I love the hotel it came with full kitchen with all supplies. The beds was ok nothing special. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger but overall love this hotel.

Recently attended a concert at The Palace of Auburn Hills; this hotel was conveniently located just miles from the venue making it perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.Room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to shopping and restaurants but must drive. Overall nice place with kitchen facilities.

Great for a ƒew days visit visit with the grandchildren. I always look for a coffee maker in the room. TV was dated, but no problem. Difficult to watch. Put the couch at the foot of the bed and the unit with the TV where the couch was located. Hope to visit again in the spring.

I was in town for a music festival for one day in Pontiac. Hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. Room had a mini kitchen and just about anything you could ask for. When I checked in the person at the counter asked why I was in town and when I mentioned it was for a music festival she reminded me it was a "party free" hotel as if it wasn't already implied. This was a bit off putting. Other than being judged at the front counter the stay was fine.

My wife loved it...BBQ with burgs & Hot dogs on the grill. Breakfest was a nice plus too.Need I say more !
