Room great for staying local attending Strand Theatre. Our room was missing soap at bathroom sink…receptionist gave us some. Found out in the morning we were also missing a coffee pot, but chose to just head out…informed desk when checking out.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. It was a mini apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building needs some upgrade to spruce up the worn look of the elevator and carpet in the hallway. I enjoyed my stay.

Terrible. Smelly room that I asked to be cleaned in a 4 day stay and they didn't. Breakfast less than zero everything empty all the time, stale yesterday bread, weak coffee, dirty. The hotel is being used to house section eight and there's garbage outside doors in the hallway, people carrying on until all hours, they should not advertise as a normal business hotel because it's a mess.

The gal at the desk was doing her best - but she was on her own this morning working the desk and doing breakfast. The property is tired and in need of a refresh, for example nics and marks on doors and around doors (especially entrance and elevator), no plug on the clock in the room - needs to be replaced, soap/shampoo dispenser in shower empty and likely didn’t work as separate small bottles of conditioner were in the room but no shampoo was there. We have stayed here in the past and previously found the property to be nice. It has gone downhill.

This property definitely needs updating. Painter’s tape held the baseboards together in the hallways. Even our room number on the door was hand written on a piece of tape. The elevator was disgusting - looked it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Room showed wear but was clean. Ran out of coffee at Saturday breakfast. Won’t stay here again.
