I liked how clean and big the room was. The check-in process was very easy and quick.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, plenty of parking, easy to get to, close to restaurants (and a restaurant on site) and safe neighborhoods to walk or run. One of the best things was how fast a request was done. I needed more towels, conditioner (my hair is long and forgot my own toiletries) and more sugar for my coffee. All was brought to me in 10 minutes or less. There are 2 suggestions.....the staff should know more about the shuttle service and surrounding area (or have maps) and coffee in the morning should be in the foyer and not set up at the bar in the adjoining restaurant or told at time of check in where to find it. Overall though, worth the money to stay if you are in the area.

Love the hospitality my room was delightful everything was fresh and clean to my liking

Abby at the front desk was amazing. So very friendly. The breakfast was great also.

The Motel was close to everyplace I planned to visit. Check in was quick and the staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. The breakfast although sufficient in in choices was not very tasty

we stayed for two nights and can honestly say the hotel had thought of everything. Makeup remover wipes, spa quality foot lotion for aching feet/legs after our adventures at Great Lakes Crossing. Ice water and lemon / orange water in the lobby next to the pool/sauna, Even the food in the O'Malleys was really good quality. We will stay again

Lovely place. Kind staff. Nice rooms.24 hr pool and hot tub if youre over 21. Fast food options within walking distance. Sit down restaurants about 5-10 minutes away.

Was quite close to local attractions, staff was friendly. Easy to find and in a decent area. Will definitely be staying here again!

Server during breakfast was not nice to us. I guess because we are Asians. She joked and laughed with other guests but not with us, not even a little smile. Not a good feeling. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Would expect a hotel like this to have a free continental breakfast at the very least. Paid $4.50 for 2 hard almost stale bagels. More than likely will stay some place different next time, and will preview our options at the hotel listing with better discretion.

Thank you for a nice place to stay after a long couple days of shopping at Frankenmuth. We used the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We also had the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning. We received a recommendation for a restaurant offsite (Red Ox Tavern) that we enjoyed also. Very nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Hotel was great service was awesome location is ok

Overall my stay at the hotel was good except for the water in the shower room not draining fast enough that it left me standing the in dirty water.

I needed a weekend getaway from the children and thought this was the best place to do it. I've been here once before and it was so peaceful. I love the fact that there is full access to the pool area at all hours! Ordered a lot of room service and the food was great! I will definitely be back!

Room and location was great except sink and shower never drained at all. Also BTN network not available in room on Saturday NCAA college football day and both Michigan teams playing in Big 10

The room was what I looked for in a hotel with the exception of the shower didnt drain and the sink never drained the entire time. talked to desk and they were going to put in a work order. Also big Saturday game day and big football game with no BTN network to watch hometeam Michigan football games. Told go down to br to watch

I stayed at the hotel for a wedding. I thought it was awesome that we (and the other wedding parties staying in that hotel) were able to stay up all night in the pool and common areas, and bring in drinks, etc. This meant that other guests didn't have to worry about us making a lot of noise in the rooms and we weren't keeping people up. I did have an issue though with the key card lock on my door breaking. We didn't realize it until 3:30 in the morning and there was no maintenance people there in the middle of the night to help. Security and the people at the front desk couldn't get in the room either. They gave us another room to sleep in, but we couldn't get to any of our stuff until maintenance showed up in the morning so a few of my roommates had to sleep in damp swimsuits, etc. and we didn't have our toothbrushes, phones, face wash, etc. It was kind of a freak issue, probably not something that happens very often. I didn't ask, but would have been nice for them to offer to refund part of the room cost. Still, very nice staff, clean rooms, large bathrooms, and nice linens.

Very nice property. Modern and very well kept, no unpleasant surprises. This Crowne Plaza upholds the fine reputation of this chain. Staff was friendly and accomodating, room was spotless and inviting. bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious. No complaints.

everything was nice but the service in the bar went in sat down never saw a bar tender sat 5 min and left pretty bad
