Upon arrival at the Motor City Hotel, the front desk staff provided exceptional and friendly service; bellman Anthony was particularly helpful. However, upon entering our assigned room, we discovered significant cleanliness issues. The bedding revealed hairs and holes in the mattress cover; the carpet displayed spills and stains; and the ottoman appeared to have a powdery residue. The bathroom was also unclean. After reporting these issues, we were assigned a replacement room; however, this room also exhibited stained linens and furniture. While we ultimately adapted, the overall condition of the hotel appeared to be significantly deteriorated. This experience will preclude any future stays at this property.

Excellent experience! Everyone is extremely friendly! Everything from The bell hop to the bartenders. The spa was incredible! Desiree was so sweet, she showed us around the spa and remembered us by name every time she saw us. Anthony did an incredible job giving us directions and holding our bags, keeping our belongings safe while we gambled away. The Revel steakhouse was exquisite! We enjoyed it so much- we went back the next night!

Huge casino resort near downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food court, multiple restaurants and bars with live performances. Convenient walk to Masonic Temple for concerts, which was reason for my visit.
