Horrible stay

The front desk wasn’t friendly at all rude and disrespectful. The bed was horrible. The sheets looked like they were 20 years old, stained and holes in the duvet cover. The pillows were so flat and disgusting. It was like they’re the original pillows when they started the hotel. I will never stay there again and do not recommend anybody go there.

The woman that checked us in was amazing. The lady that was helping with the shuttle was great. Only issue was we were at the pick up point 47 mins after the game and their was no shuttle to get back when we called the hotel we were told if ur under an hr they will be there then hung up on. Very rude. No one ever showed up so we had to Lyft back.

The ladies at the desk were very nice. Mike and Anthony helped us with our luggage. Both were great!! The transportation to the concert was a bonus!! The only negative thing is that most of the restaurants were not opened. When coming to the casino we didn't want to leave to get something to eat.
