Front desk staff were not up to par. Had a rough time at check in and so did the guy who got there before me. Next day another not so great staff experience at front desk. Breakfast was good and the women was very pleasant who got it ready! Options for children and adults. Pool and hot tub were cozy and no complaints there. Rooms are decent and clean. Close to restaurants etc.

The hotel was okay. But for $175 a night, it should have been great ! Staff was wonderful and pleasant. There was only one employee all night which is concerning. It isn't fair or safe for one employee to be responsible for 3 floors of guests, and it isn't fair to the customer who has to wait on the one person to handle any issue. Fairfield Inn/Marriott needs to do better. Room was at best an $80-$100 value. AC unit needs to be updated. Breakfast was good and the hot tub was enjoyed.

I had an anomalous experience where gnats were in some rooms the staff was accommodating and relocated me but wherever I went the Flies hitchhiked with on my clothes or my body and I could not Escape them once exposed so that really ruined it for me other than that everything else about the place is pretty good i'd go back if I was impervious to insects
